Thank you Jason for the photos; no, we will not post anywhere - that will be left to you two. Uncle Tim and I can’t wait to see them in person! Have a good Sabbath; “rejoice and be glad in it” - love you!

So adorable. And small! I’ve been telling my kids all week that they’d probably just fit in my hands, and sure enough. So glad to see them. Keep hanging in there!

Precious little girls. When I couldn’t be in the NICU with my daughter I pictured Jesus holding my daughter in the palm of HIs hand. This brought me comfort. I also taped all of Michael Cards Lullabies to be played in her isolette. She gets a grin on her face when she hears them now, 18 months later. I did Kangaroo care too, lots! I am certain it helped my daughter grow and thrive. Praying for your sweet little girls.
Sincerely, Monica Peeke

Hello,
I teach with Kendra Perry and I want to give you some special hope…I am 53 years old and I was born at 24 weeks gestation. I weighed 1#12oz and later dropped to 1#9oz. I have cried both over your pain and the miracle of life and for what you and my mom and dad have gone through- and with humble tears of joy because I believe in God’s miracles. I know I am one and pray so much for your little ones who surely are as well! Be encouraged…the only problem I have ever had is the retina did not develop in one eye…but I see fine with the other eye. Anyway, 53 years ago, I was in an incubator for three months with no extra assistance and went home when I weighed 5 lbs…my mom didn’t get to hold me, but the nurse did and I have pictures where her thumb is as long as my leg was! I have more stories of encouragement and pictures- and if you want to talk to my mom, she would surely call you. I am praying every minute for your little ones and you and your family…Thank you Kendra, for showing me these..pictures. Its so emotional for me that I can’t keep from crying, but I laughed out loud at reading Red Fish Blue Fish…I used to with my kids right away too. Keep it up and God Bless and Hold you. Write me if you want to, or Kendra has my phone number. Holding you in my heart as new friends…Lori

How beautiful !!! Thank you for posting the pictures of the girls. We are constantly in prayer here for all of you. May the Lord continue to bless all of you and give you strength. Jen & Jason we spent time in the NICU when Luke was born prematurely, its full of so much emotions, try to take care of yourselves at this time as well, I know its hard. Praise to the Lord our strength in a time of trouble. Thinking of all of you this Sabbath morning. -Renee

Happy Sabbath Paynes - happy to be able to see Zoe and Juliana… Beckie says they’re still being knit together - in reference to the text, God knew when you were knit together in your mother’s womb. Maybe not a direct quote but the idea is there. We continue to uplift you guys in our prayers, and continue to trust God’s neverending love. May you and the girls have a special Sabbath rest, and may you have peace today…

I love that you left a recording!! I left one with several different recordings with books and songs in my voice as well as Jack’s and my parents…it was great! By the time he came home, within a few seconds of them playing it he would be looking around for me. So sweet and a little sad cause I wasn’t always there. the nurse would sometimes hold his hand when it was playing…anyway, hold in there guys!! praying for you…susan
